• Personal Identity: Your Full Name and Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) number.
• Contact Details: Your mobile phone number (which may be verified via WhatsApp Cloud API).
• Financial Information: Verified bank account details provided exclusively for receiving direct donations.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is strictly utilized for the operational integrity of the platform:

• To verify your identity and prevent fraudulent appeals.
• To facilitate direct Peer-to-Peer (P2P) financial transfers between verified donors and you.
• To communicate important updates, approvals, or issues regarding your appeal via WhatsApp or SMS.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third-party marketing or advertising agencies.

Your banking details and name are only shared securely with verified donors who explicitly express the intent to assist you financially. In case of legal requirements, we may share information with law enforcement agencies in Pakistan to combat financial fraud.

We implement robust, industry-standard security measures, including encryption and secure cloud hosting, to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Smile Hand platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Role (0% Commission)

Smile Hand operates exclusively as a technological bridge connecting individuals in need with potential donors. We do not process, hold, or deduct any percentage from the donations. All financial transfers occur directly between the donor's and the recipient's personal bank accounts.

2. Registration & Verification Fees

To maintain platform integrity and filter out spam, a one-time, non-refundable administrative verification fee of Rs. 1,000 is required to make an appeal live. Optional premium features, such as the SmileHand PRO digital card, require a separate Rs. 500 fee.

3. User Obligations and Anti-Fraud Policy

By creating an appeal on Smile Hand, you warrant that:

• All information provided (Identity, CNIC, medical records, financial need) is 100% accurate and truthful.
• You are not impersonating any other person or entity.

Zero Tolerance for Fraud: Any attempt to post fake appeals, use stolen identities, or misrepresent medical conditions will result in an immediate and permanent ban. Smile Hand reserves the right to report fraudulent activities to the relevant cybercrime authorities in Pakistan.

4. Limitation of Liability

Since Smile Hand does not handle the transfer of funds, we are not liable for any disputes, transaction failures, or banking errors that occur between donors and recipients. Users participate at their own discretion.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we suspect a violation of these Terms or any fraudulent activity.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your account, cancel your active appeals, and remove your CNIC/Phone details from our database, please follow these steps:

What Happens Next?

Once your identity is verified against the deletion request:

• Within 48 Hours: Your user account, login credentials, and all active/pending appeals will be permanently removed from the public website and admin panels.
• Financial Records: Information related to administrative fees paid (Rs. 1,000 / Rs. 500) may be retained purely for internal accounting and legal compliance, but will be entirely anonymized and disconnected from your public profile.
• Irreversibility: Please note that this action is irreversible. Once deleted, you cannot recover your old dashboard or PRO card status, and will need to register a new account if you require assistance in the future.
